Return and Refund Policy

  • Dear Customer IT Source Point's return and refund policy is as follows -
  • In the case of purchasing products from the shop, you must check and buy in front of the salesperson at the shop. Later problems will be covered under the warranty if the product has a warranty.
  • In the case of online orders, after receiving the delivery of the product, if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, it should be reported to our hotline within 24 hours. Hotline Number: +88-01713932446
  • Defective products are exchangeable from our shop. In this case, our experts will observe the defect in the product and take steps to change it.
  • A courier charge of Tk 200/- will be applicable if the buyer wishes to exchange the defective product through a delivery man or exchange the product. In the case of a courier, only courier charges will be applicable. If the product is found broken or burnt/burned after delivery, the buyer shall bear full responsibility for the product.
  • The product is not returnable or exchangeable for any reason after receiving the purchased product from the delivery staff after viewing the details on the IT Source Point website that does not support your particular device or you no longer wish to purchase it.
  • Any kind of software/software license is not returnable or refundable after purchase.
  • IT Source Point will take a maximum of 3 to 7 working days to refund the product price after returning the product for specific reasons.
  • Refund charges are applicable for BKash / Online / POS payment refunds.
  • In the case of a courier, the buyer must not receive the product from the courier if the product is broken or the packet is torn. If the buyer receives the product damaged in the courier, it should be done at his own risk and no complaint will be accepted later in this regard.
