Order-Cancellation-Policy

Order cancellation is allowed before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel an order, please get in touch with our customer service team at +8801713932446 as soon as possible if your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been processed for shipping, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, you may refuse delivery of the package and it will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If we cancel an order, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
