IT Source Point Online Delivery Terms

Currently, there is cash on delivery facility for certain products in any part of Bangladesh.

• Delivery Charges / Courier Charges are applicable for online delivery.
• Dhaka/Gazipur/Rangpur/Chittagong/Khulna also in other cities we complete product delivery through a courier service.
• The order must be confirmed by advance payment of the full or partial price of the product delivered by courier through Bkash, bank transfer or online payment.
• In Dhaka/Gazipur/Rangpur/Chittagong/Khulna cities, if the price of the product is above 20,000 Tk, partial payment for the product may be required.
• Full courier charges for products delivered by courier shall be borne by the buyer.
• Currently, online orders may take 1 to 3 days or more for delivery.
• The buyer has to make the payment within 3 days after receiving the payment confirmation SMS. Payment after this may result in the product being out of stock or a price change.
• If the ordered product is not in stock, the product will be changed or the price refunded with the consent of the buyer.
• ISP Points will not be earned from any special campaign offer product/discount by using a voucher or coupon on any product. Similarly, no coupon can be used on any offer product / special discount product.

By ordering at IT Source Point online shop, the customer can pick up his product from the shop. In this case -

• Must receive the goods from the shop within the given time after the agent's confirmation.
• If the product is not in stock in a particular shop, after transferring the product from another shop to that shop, the buyer can pick the store, but in this case, the advance payment must be made.
• The buyer has to receive the product from the shop within 3 days of the agent's confirmation of store pick.
• Product stock/price may change at any time unless advance payment is booked. In this case, the buyer has to purchase the product at the modified price.
• If the buyer does not receive the product of the order booked within 3 days of confirmation and 15 days after payment, the order will be cancelled automatically. In this case, if the payment is refunded, the buyer will have to pay the refund charge.

IT SOURCE POINT EXPRESS DELIVERY TERMS

• Orders are taken on express delivery only if the product is in stock.
• Express delivery is made within 24 working hours from the time of order confirmation, and if the delivery takes more than 24 working hours, the buyer does not have to bear any delivery charge. (conditions apply)
• Delivery charges will depend on the size and weight of the product. Before confirming the order, our agent will call and provide detailed information regarding the delivery.
• Express delivery will be delivered on the same day if confirmed before 12 noon on that day.
• If express delivery is confirmed after 12 noon on the specified day, it will be delivered the next day.
